i love the art would love to know if it is watercolor/ if so wet on wet of wet on dry thinking wet on wet but i lov ethe roughness in it not to mention how the poem was added on great!

Hi Sadie & Gabriel! It’s actually all digital, but the way I paint in any medium is highly influenced by my background with watercolor. If it was actually done on watercolor paper, it would have been wet-on-wet with paper towel dabs for the rougher areas (with cheap paper towels, the fibers left behind from the friction creates some nice dirt-and-grime). For the cobblestone road, I would’ve used a blue wash followed by masking fluid and more layers of washes after that.
All I’m doing digitally is copying the way my stuff used to look. :)
